Bradley Collins grew up in the Central West region, in Dubbo, and has always had a strong connection to the local community. After completing his Electrical Apprenticeship, he furthered his qualifications by earning his Refrigeration Licence, with a long-term goal of starting his own business.
Now based in Orange, Bradley is the proud owner and director of BC Electrical & Refrigeration Pty Ltd—a locally run business servicing homes, real estates, builders, and the wider public across the region.
Known for his energetic and approachable nature, Bradley is committed to providing honest advice, practical solutions, and building long-term, respectful relationships with his clients. His passion for the trade and dedication to quality service is at the heart of everything the team does.
Brooke Tonkin

Brooke joined the BC Electrical & Refrigeration team in February 2023. With a background in Real Estate, she brings valuable experience in administration, scheduling, client communication, and social media management.
Brooke is the friendly voice behind our bookings and the organiser who keeps everything running smoothly. Her kind and bubbly nature is appreciated not only by our team but also by our clients, who often comment on her approachable and professional manner.

Kobe Cantwell
Electrician

Kobe joined BC Electrical & Refrigeration in September 2021 as our very first team member. Since then, he has successfully completed his Electrical Apprenticeship and is now furthering his skills by undertaking an Air Conditioning Apprenticeship.
Kobe is a valued member of our team—known for his kind, gentle nature and positive attitude. His friendly approach and strong work ethic don’t go unnoticed by our clients, who often comment on how easy he is to work with.
When he's not on the tools, Kobe enjoys spending his weekends with friends and family. We’re proud to have him growing alongside the business.
Zach Cheney

Zach joined BC Electrical & Refrigeration Pty Ltd in March 2023 and has quickly become an important part of the team. After completing his Electrical Apprenticeship, he began his Air Conditioning Apprenticeship and continues to grow his skills alongside our experienced crew.
Zach hit the ground running and consistently provides excellent service—something our clients regularly notice and appreciate. He brings a calm, reliable presence to the team and always approaches his work with care and professionalism.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Zach on the golf course—usually with Brad. We’re proud to have him as our 2IC and look forward to everything he’ll achieve with BC Electrical & Refrigeration.
Jarad Geist

Jarad joined BC Electrical & Refrigeration Pty Ltd in April 2022 and brings with him extensive experience as a qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician. With strong technical knowledge across all areas of the field, Jarad is now in the final year of his Electrical Apprenticeship with our team.
Jarad’s attention to detail and honest approach have earned the trust and appreciation of our clients. He’s known for his reliable work and clear communication, making him a valuable member of our team.
Outside of work, Jarad is a keen car enthusiast—you’ll often find him spending weekends polishing his much-loved CT10. It’s a pleasure having Jarad as part of BC Electrical & Refrigeration.
Zack Steele
Electrical Apprentice

Zack joined BC Electrical & Refrigeration Pty Ltd in 2024 as our newest Electrical Apprentice. He has slotted into the team dynamic perfectly, bringing a friendly, positive attitude and eagerness to learn all aspects of the trade.
Now in the second year of his apprenticeship, Zack continues to develop his skills and knowledge.
